Who We Are

Over 18 years of experience in the field of fingerprints that including six years of service as a fingerprint technician. Active work as a latent print examiner for five years, experience in ACE-V & Third level detail, AFIS supervisor for five years. Currently on duty as an instructor for the PRPD and ICF. Actively listed as a point of contact for the FBI in Puerto Rico I have collaborated with Interpol, Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County, Carabineros de Chile. Represented Latin America to the Cogent User Group International.
